Eggs: Again, the supply on Eggs has reached critical levels with Caged Eggs in extremely short supply. While Albany free range eggs are in full supply and stock level very consistent. massive shortage on golden cage eggs and west coast free range eggs.
Berries: Seasons is now over on blueberry, all berries high in price. Strawberry will come back in price next month.
Herbs: Supply of some herbs has again dropped away with colder weather Coriander, Rosemary, Thyme, and Sage are in good supply, and soft herbs like chervil, Oregano Tarragon, Marjoram are in very short supply.
Truffle: The season has now started truffles and they are
now in full suplly. Pre order recommended.
Potatoes: Royal blue shortage,you might see south
australian royal blue s to ensure suplly.

Seasons is now finished for blueberry, price will get very high in the following weeks. Strawberry price is still high but Local is coming soon.
HEIRLOOM PUMPKINS & SQUASHS
Our Southwest growers have started harvesting their Heirloom Pumpkins with varieties such as Sweet Dumpling, Delcata,Jack Be Little, Carnival, and Golden Nuggets now available.
PINEAPPLE AND LIMES
Price for pineapple and limes keep increasing due to the cold weather and the rain. Both lines coming from Queensland. We will use local lime where possible.
ORANGES
Supply throughout Australia is very limited, until the Navel
season kicks in the next few weeks. With the imported fruit
now also coming to an end pricing on all Oranges have risen, and will continue to do so over the next few weeks.
HERBS/LETTUCES
Very big shortage on soft herbs like tarragon, chervil.
Chives remains not available or very limitedecor the next few weeks. Cold weather and rains is the cause.
Lettuce are often being rotten in the middle.
Short supply on triple pack lettuce, gem cos.
