Margaret River Yuzu is a family run farm growing yuzu across a 60 acre property in a temperate Mediterranean climate ideally suited to citrus. Jason and Kellie established the orchard of 1,000 trees with careful attention to variety and rootstock selection, extending their season and maximising the potential of the fruit. Every box that leaves the farm has been handled by someone in the family, from picking and fertilising through to grading and packing. Beyond the juice, Margaret River Yuzu supplies chefs with leaves, dried peel and whole fruit, offering a locally grown alternative to imported yuzu that is already finding its place in some of Western Australia’s most respected kitchens. Fresh fruit is available in season, with cold pressed juice available year round, supplied to chefs across the state through Pezzano Enterprises.
