Rooted in a tradition that began when Vincenzo Barbaro migrated from Calabria, Italy in the late 1950s, Barbaro Smallgoods has been a proud fixture of Perth’s food scene since 1987. What Vincenzo started with a passion for quality meats and traditional techniques, his sons Raffaele and Domenic built into a thriving family butchery in Greenwood, now carried forward by the next generation. In 2010 the family purchased Mogumber Farm near Bindoon, taking direct control of their supply chain and producing their own premium beef and lamb on well-maintained pastures with no added hormones and farm-grown feed.
